The Barão Moída Grossa yerba mate gets its name due to its coarser grind; after drying, the herb is ground in a mill, which gives the yerba mate leaves a larger granulation.
It is produced with a special blend that enhances the quality of the herbs grown in the Barão de Cotegipe region. Its drying is done in a rotary dryer, making the yerba mate more intense, with a slightly toasted and more bitter flavor.
Indicated for those who prefer a root chimarrão, very traditional.
