Cassava, grown throughout Brazil, is one of the most used ingredients in the country's cuisine. Also known as manioc or yuca. It can be prepared fried, boiled, or used as an ingredient for cakes, puddings, and sweets.
A Mandioca Cozida YUCA LOCA is washed, peeled, cut, and slowly cooked at low constant temperatures. Due to this process, the nutrients are preserved and it does not require preservatives, allowing it to be stored for a long period of time.
