Roasted Mate Tea (Chá Mate Tostado) BARÃO - 100g

The Barão Roasted Mate Tea has the cultivated Yerba mate produced by the traditional process, with a characteristic coarser grinding granulation. 

The product undergoes roasting, during which it acquires the characteristic toasted flavor and aroma. Light roasting enhances acidity and aroma, with a mild flavor. Medium is the balance point between acidity, aroma, and bitterness. Finally, dark roasting creates a tea that is more acidic, more bitter, and less full-bodied.

This product can be consumed as tea or juice in tea infusers, coffee makers, French presses, or Pressca.
